What do you need to bring with you for the WAKE-UP WORKOUT?

BEACHSIDE BOOTCAMP will provide you with all the equipment necessary, from Mats to Weights. But you will need to bring the following things with you to make the most of your work outs.

1) Good running shoes
2) Shorts or Jogging pants
3) T shirt & Sweat shirt
4) Swimming costume ( for afterwards :) )
5) A towel
6) Bottle of water
7) A big Smile
8) Sun tan lotion (we can always hope!!)

When on the beach you can do your workout in bare feet if you choose, but sometimes we will be running on pavements or roads, so having your running shoes with you is advisable.

Sadly, sometimes, we are not able to always bring the one key important thing with us... GOOD WEATHER, so be sure to call us in advance if it looks like there is a chance of rain.
