THE 60 MINUTE WAKE-UP WORKOUT
Our workouts sessions are held in the mornings at 7am on and around beaches.
The workouts are created to be accessible to everyone no matter the level
of your fitness, you work as hard or as gentle as you want.
Each session with involve a warm-up, core strength training, all over body conditioning, including strength and stamina training and will finish with a cool down and some stretching.
The sessions will use natural and man made aids to give you a complete body workout and is designed to target weight loss, muscle toning, core strength and flexibility.
The sessions are run by fully qualified fitness professionals, with the aim to giving you the best possible results in the 60 minute session.
As with any exercise regime, the more frequently you participate and the more effort you put into it, the greater the results. So don't be shy... get stuck in and get the results you want.
